QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred) or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within B2B technology or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and brand development across multiple markets.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS

  • No specific certifications or licenses are required, but relevant certifications in sales management or revenue generation are beneficial.

Responsibilities

General Duties:

  • Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing departments, providing vision, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for existing and new products in alignment with business development goals.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for both sales and marketing teams to measure effectiveness and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to align customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to inform strategic planning and positioning.
  • Report to the CEO and executive team on performance metrics, pipeline status, and opportunities for expansion.
