Responsibilities

As the Vice President of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, customer excellence, and go-to-market execution across HVAC distribution channels. You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to scale our market presence, accelerate customer adoption, and enhance the end-to-end buying experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing sales and service goals aligned with aggressive revenue, retention, and market share targets.
  • Developing and leading go-to-market strategies to expand our brand footprint across HVAC distributors and contractors in North America.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust commercial strategy.
  • Leading Sales & Operations collaboration to ensure the company is building and executing on value propositions.
  • Embracing a flexible, solutions-oriented approach to support business growth, team success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, coaching, and scaling a national team including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Customer Service, and Mobile Roadshow staff.
  • Championing customer-centric service delivery, including the development and adherence to internal SLA’s, warranty processing, inquiry resolution, and complaint handling.
  • Partnering with RLS and Marmon teams to execute on shared sales opportunities across the broader Marmon company portfolio.
  • Defining and managing KPIs: bookings, distributor penetration, contractor engagement, retention, customer NPS, and margin performance.
