We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive Clemco’s revenue growth across the Americas and strengthen our distributor and direct customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Clemco’s domestic and regional sales strategy, aligning it with company goals and operational plans.
  • Oversee and support a talented sales team, technical sales, and engineered services, setting clear expectations, mentoring growth, and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Strengthen Clemco’s relationships with distributors by understanding their needs and designing programs that drive mutual success.
  • Drive revenue growth through both expanding existing markets and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Implement robust forecasting and reporting tools to ensure leadership has full visibility into market trends and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align product launches, customer campaigns, and brand messaging.
  • Work closely with the President of the Americas and APAC to drive value stream improvements and ensure process alignment across regions (but without global direct responsibility).
