Description VP of Sales We are searching for an experienced VP of Sales to join our company. As a VP of Sales, you will supervise the company’s sales activities and operations and lead and manage the sales team. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales plans, goals, and standards, researching new business opportunities, products, and services, and developing strategies for increasing the company’s revenue and growth. You will evaluate customer behavior and activities, anticipate future trends, and provide detailed sales forecasts. Additionally, you will monitor the implementation and execution of promotional campaigns, build relationships with partners and vendors, document sales activities, and hire and train new sales employees. To be successful as a VP of Sales, you should have exceptional sales, analytical, communication, leadership, and strategic skills. VP of Sales Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company’s sales team and oversee all sales operations and activities Research, establish, and implement sales plans, goals, and standards Research new business opportunities, products, and services to meet market demands Review and evaluate customer behavior and activities and work on improving customer satisfaction Plan and supervise the implementation and execution of promotional campaigns Prepare and maintain detailed reports of sales operations and activities Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets Hire and guide new sales team members and evaluate their performance Analyze market trends and conditions to predict future trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Monitor competition products and activities and provide sales forecasts Ensure all sales activities are carried out within the assigned budgets and timelines Provide strong mentorship and guidance for team members Build and maintain business relationships with vendors and partners and negotiate sales terms Set sales quotas, goals, and performance targets for each team member VP of Sales Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, organizational management, business management, sales, or a related area A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality sales industry Extensive knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and strategies Experience with establishing and implementing effective sales strategies Strong knowledge of the related market trends and products Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Strategic mind Analytical skills
