5-7 years of experience in sales.

Experience in food distribution a plus

Responsibilities
  • Identifyand qualify potential corporate customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Develop and present tailored sales presentations and proposals to corporate customers.
  • Conduct market research to identifycorporate sales opportunities and trends.
  • Accountable for sales and gross profit plans in the division
  • Monitor and evaluate Customer ServiceandInside Sales Associates performance
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to execute on sales leads and prospects.
  • Leads development of action planning to penetrate new markets.
  • Assistsin the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conduct sales update meetings on a regular basis
  • Assure execution of department goals and maintainaccountability
  • Provide solid Customer Relationship Management
  • Provides timelyfeedback to senior management regardingperformance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submittedfor pricing and approval, while striving to maintainmaximum profit margin.
  • Assist Sales Associates in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, proceduresand business ethics codes
  • Work to support sales KPI’s while growing the business
