Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health. About Stealth Company This company focuses on building a mission-critical healthcare platform used daily by clinics. It handles patient data, payments, and real-world fulfillment. Reliability and data integrity matter. Why this role exists Intent is easy. Execution is not. Clinics want to do more. Patients agree. Then follow-ups break. Fulfilment slips. Payments get messy. We’re hiring a VP Operations to fix this end to end. This is a founding-team role and part of the company’s leadership group. You’ll help define how the company runs as we scale to clinics across India. This is hands-on early. If you’re looking for a large team or clean processes from day one, this won’t be a fit. What you’ll own Conversion ops and the central call centre Clinic onboarding and daily usage City ops. Nurse dispatch. Lab pickups. In-clinic execution Fulfilment SLAs and failure recovery Growth execution across clinics and limited performance channels What good looks like Clinics rely on our Venture Approved actions actually get completed Cities run predictably without firefighting Growth does not compromise trust or operations 8–15 years of work experience Ops-heavy, multi-city businesses Has built teams and systems from scratch Experience scaling across Indian cities with uneven infra and local constraints Comfortable travelling to major metros as the network scales
