PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented VP Partner Business & Spare Parts, Business Unit Head to lead a vital part of our Services division. In this high-impact position, you will have full P&L ownership for a key business area within Hiab’s Services division. Your focus will be on driving revenue and margin growth through strong partner engagement, commercial strategy, and spare parts sales.
You will lead initiatives to improve pricing, cost control, inventory, and operational efficiency — working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams. Using data-driven insights, you will forecast demand, track performance, and take action to meet financial and strategic targets. In parallel, you will build future-ready capabilities by developing talent, scaling operations, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Preferred locations for this role are Finland and Netherlands.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage full P&L for Partner Business & Spare Parts
  • Define and execute commercial and pricing strategies
  • Lead and grow the global partner and importer network
  • Optimize inventory, cost structures, and operational processes
  • Drive business excellence using Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across key business functions
  • Build and develop a high-performing, scalable organization
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction across all touchpoints.
