ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who excels in building meaningful connections and driving performance through partnerships Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events Strong partner facing skills- ability to handle difficult situations to a successful outcome. Strong leadership and people skills. Excellent planning and work prioritisation skills. Ability to maintain and develop constructive and effective working relationships across the business at all levels. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for actively identifying and recruiting new partners in the EMEA region, as well as nurturing existing partnerships to drive pipeline, revenue growth and achieve mutual success.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate on business planning, joint marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs to maximize the potential of our partnerships.
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities.
Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve pipeline growth, revenue targets and market penetration goals. Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends.
Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
