Job Summary:
As Vice President of Partnerships, you will deliver growth by sourcing, structuring, and scaling high-impact partnerships with Fortune 500 and other strategically aligned companies across multiple verticals. You will leverage your corporate development expertise and proven track record in complex deal-making to deliver partnerships that drive significant new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business innovation. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape Rakuten’s partner ecosystem and deliver measurable business results. This role reports to the CMO, Rakuten Rewards.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
