WelbeHealth is a value-based healthcare organization that’s transforming the future of senior care by providing an all-inclusive care option to our most vulnerable senior population. We step in as the care provider and health plan that works in collaboration to keep our participants within their communities, out of institutions, and cared for like family, all while receiving the healthcare and social services needed to thrive.
The Vice President, HR Business Partners (HRBP) assignment provides people and organizational consulting and coordination of services to WelbeHealth leaders and their teams, so those clients realize highest people and team performance in their functions. The VP oversees a team of HRBPs who deeply understand the business needs of WelbeHealth and clients, and are partners on assessments, ideas, decisions, actions and performance. The VP assists with planning, delivery and sustainability of people-related programs and practices. The VP brings a client perspective to their People Team colleagues that shape the design and performance of services and programs. The VP leverages data and analytics to identify emerging internal and external trends and “hot spots” and proactively captures opportunities and mitigates risk.
