In the role of Vice President Procurement Global Logistics, you will report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, and be responsible for driving end-to-end Cost to Serve efficiency. This includes optimizing the logistics network in collaboration with supply chain teams, developing and executing clear supplier strategies, and ensuring continuity of supply. Responsibilities: Accountable for the Group Cost to Serve in logistics (inbound, warehousing, and last mile) results and savings. Collaborate closely with global supply chain teams to balance the global logistics network and implement supplier strategies. Lead relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Optimize Cost to Serve while maintaining supply continuity and delivery performance. Ensure the development and application of common methodologies within logistics procurement teams across different regions. Leverage best practices to enhance procurement processes. What you’ll do: Work closely with supply chain teams to balance the global logistics network, optimizing and executing a supplier network strategy that ensures supply continuity and improves Cost to Serve. Clearly segment the supplier network and define strategies that suit Electrolux's supply chain in a cost-efficient setup (e.g., 4PL, 3PL, etc.). Actively manage supplier relationships and optimize Electrolux's negotiation leverage. Define global logistics digital solutions with the global supply chain and streamline processes to optimize Cost to Serve and ensure Procure to Pay compliance. Maintain a robust network with both suppliers and internal business leaders to facilitate formal and informal information flow. Grow team capability and lead with empathy. We Are Looking for a Leader Who: Has a proven track record in supply chain, especially in logistics. Is an influencer capable of aligning with relevant stakeholders in the global organization to drive decision-making. Is self-motivated, enjoys exploring future-looking territories, and demonstrates resilience and high ownership to deliver expected outcomes. Who you are: Experienced Leader: You have over 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics procurement within a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences.
