In this role, you will lead the product strategy for a suite of higher education offerings, driving customer-centric innovation and measurable business outcomes. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities. Accountabilities Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes. Conduct continuous discovery to understand customer needs, identify problems, and uncover opportunities for innovation. Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility, driving outcome-focused roadmaps. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and autonomy of product teams. Establish and refine product discovery and delivery processes, iterating based on customer feedback and performance data. Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, promoting a culture of customer insight, business acumen, and technical proficiency. Define and track key metrics to evaluate product success and advocate for necessary investments to leadership. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in product management within a technology organization. 10+ years of experience in product management leadership, with proven ability to build and lead empowered, high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of the Product Operating Model, including outcome-driven prioritization and customer-centric product development. Track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products in higher education or related markets. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote work environment.
