POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and results-driven Vice President of Product Management with a proven track record of fostering a market-focused, high-performance culture within a talented product management organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of Product Managers and UX Designers, playing a key role in shaping and executing the company’s transformational product roadmap.

Responsibilities

The role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen to guide and elevate the organization’s product function:

  • Drive product strategy aligned with business objectives, market insights, user feedback, and industry trends to deliver a world-class solution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a 20-person team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a strong market-driven approach while nurturing next-generation talent.
  • Evolve product management practices in partnership with Engineering, adopting faster iteration cycles, modern backlog management, continuous platform evolution, effective feature prioritization, value tracking, and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, innovative products and capabilities throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership globally to drive product adoption, revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor KPIs, market shifts, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Oversee product packaging and pricing strategies for new and existing offerings as part of go-to-market activities.
  • Advocate for the product vision and strategy, generating enthusiasm through customer engagements, industry events, and other key forums.
