This executive role is responsible for leading the product management function, driving strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of products. You will shape the product vision, develop roadmaps, and oversee the lifecycle from ideation to launch while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Accountabilities: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Lead product lifecycle management, from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Oversee product positioning, pricing, go-to-market planning, and promotional strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth. Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, sales, marketing, service delivery, and executive teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data security, and vendor agreements. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10–15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record leading strategic product initiatives. Strong leadership and team management experience, including building and mentoring high-performing teams. Technical acumen and deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile, and waterfall methodologies. Experience managing diverse product portfolios, including SaaS, white-labeled, and private-labeled products. Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure ROI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
