WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A VP, PRODUCT MANAGER (ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT)?

This role supports the Digital Enterprise Solutions team with an initial focus on the design, implementation, and management of EPM solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. You will work closely with Finance and Human Resource departments to ensure the effective use of EPM tools for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis and workforce planning. As a member of the TG BPS Finance team, you will also play a part in supporting the Finance Departments technology needs. Become a core part of the Technology Group Business Partner Solutions Finance team, supporting the Finance Department.

  • Implement, maintain and evolve our EPM solution. This includes the analysis and interpretation of financial data to provide insights and recommendations, development of models, the design and generation of reports and dashboards, and ongoing support for EPM system users.
  • Ensure the EPM system is aligned with business processes and requirements through proactive collaboration with finance and other departments to gather necessary data. Where applicable, recommend best practices to optimize the use of EPM systems
  • Ensure the change is managed well across Finance and GIC by proactively engaging and communicating with your stakeholders, considering the training needs of the impacted teams and end users, and providing early and actionable insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions
  • Maintain and update EPM systems to meet evolving business needs by staying updated with industry trends and advancements in EPM technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their problems and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and new strategic initiatives
  • Prioritize features and tasks for products and platforms, tracking and reviewing the product direction frequently. Measure product performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across all users and teams
