Role Overview
We are looking for a Vice President of Product to take full ownership of Cloud ID’s product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping our product direction, driving innovation, and ensuring commercial success. This position reports into the Chief Product Officer.
The digital and media streaming industry is evolving rapidly, with consumers moving en masse toward streaming platforms and authenticated access models. Cloud ID sits at the intersection of identity, access, and content—uniquely positioned to lead this transformation. This role offers a rare opportunity to define that journey: driving how Cloud ID evolves its offerings to meet the next generation of needs for content providers, service operators, and end users alike.
You’ll be expected to bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership—defining where we go next while also rolling up your sleeves to execute. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing product team, interface directly with customers and partners, and collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver real business outcomes.
The range for the total on target earnings for this position is $250,000 – 280,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and Own Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Define Product Offerings: Shape the structure of Cloud ID’s product portfolio, ensuring it meets current customer needs and is positioned for future market evolution—particularly within the content provider and service operator ecosystem.
  • Drive Roadmap and Execution: Translate vision and portfolio strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap. Lead cross-functional execution to deliver high-impact features and solutions.
  • Lead and Grow the Product Team: Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of product managers. Build a strong product culture grounded in data, empathy, and accountability.
  • Customer and Market Engagement: Serve as a key external voice with customers, partners, and prospects. Stay tightly aligned with the evolving needs of content and service providers, and translate those insights into product direction.
  • Commercial Alignment: Work closely with GTM and client-facing teams to ensure product-market fit, support strategic deals, and drive adoption and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage usage data, customer insights, and business metrics to inform product priorities and iterate quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven product leadership experience in a SaaS environment—ideally in identity, security, media tech, or a related B2B/B2B2C space.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with client-facing experience—you’ve been in the room with C-level buyers and know how to align product value with business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and shipping impactful products at scale.
  • Experience structuring and evolving product offerings and portfolios to align with shifting market and customer demands.
  • Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels—visionary but execution-driven.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
