Description

Lead and collaborate with onshore and offshore prompt engineers and annotators. Design, implement, and manage efficient workflows for prompt development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Continuously evaluate AI outputs to refine prompt strategies and improve performance. Partner with subject matter experts, business users, and technologists to identify automation opportunities and develop GenAI/LLM-based solutions. Monitor and analyze prompt performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Support business users in crafting effective prompts for individual use cases. Ensure all prompt-based solutions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Oversee the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of deployed AI tools. Min 2 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering and annotation. Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprise environments. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of prompt engineers and annotators. Strong collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and process optimization. Familiarity with financial services, investment research, investment banking, or financial analysis is strongly preferred. Proficiency in foreign languages such as Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
