The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management will lead CND’s end-to-end billing operations, ensure efficient revenue cycle processes, and optimize CND’s financial performance as well as customer satisfaction. The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management will be a member of CND’s Functional Leadership Team and collaborate across departments to drive efficiencies, improve performance, and foster a compliant and high-performance culture.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in revenue cycle management; background in diagnostics or laboratory testing required, experience working for a payer is preferred.
• Proven success in optimizing reimbursement with Medicare and commercial payers.
• In-depth knowledge of billing operations, regulatory requirements, payer guidelines, coding standards, and prior authorization processes.
• Experience with laboratory information systems, electronic health records, and billing/revenue cycle management platforms such as XIFIN, Quadax, or TELCOR.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent financial and data analysis skills, including a strong understanding of healthcare revenue accounting and significant experience working closely with finance and accounting teams.
• High ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and leverage available data to be decisive in unstructured environments.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field highly preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus
