Job Description We are seeking a VP, Sales and Performance Management, to join our team and take responsibility for Sales Performance and Analytics within Private Bank. This role will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), calculating sales incentive and payouts, together with providing reporting and analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Responsibilities Sales Performance tracking and support Sales Incentive Plan simulation model and computation. Analyse KPIs and incentive payouts to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Handle and review salesperson enquiries and appeals. Liaise with Auditors and Salespersons. Coordinate and support projects. Understand business requirements and utilise data to identify gaps and opportunities. Design, build and provide timely dashboard and reports. Continuous review reporting processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement. Requirements A successful candidate preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, business management or any business-related fields. At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Retail/Private Bank Sales and Performance Management, Analytics, Reporting or Incentive computation role. Strong analytical and data management and automation skills. Good business acumen to design Scorecard for Salespersons. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Qlik). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with Salespersons and Stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Knowledge of banking industry regulations and sales practices is preferred.
