Description
We're seeking a VP of Sales to join our leadership team and report directly to our CRO/Co-Founder. This is a pivotal senior leadership role where you'll scale our revenue engine, leading our SDR and AE teams to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and mentor high-performing SDR and AE teams, establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent Implement coaching frameworks and performance management systems that drive individual and team excellence Revenue Generation & Strategy Own and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets, with full P&L accountability for the sales Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies that align with company growth objectives Design and optimize the sales process from lead qualification through contract closure Establish sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices that can scale with the business Drive pipeline generation strategies in partnership with Marketing leadership Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects Sales Operations & Analytics Implement and refine sales forecasting models to provide accurate revenue projections Define and track key sales metrics and KPIs, establishing dashboards for visibility Optimize sales tools, technology stack, and CRM processes to maximize team efficiency Build out the Revenue Operations function to streamline processes 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 4+ years in sales leadership roles (ideally VP or Director level) Proven track record of scaling sales teams from early stage ($5M-$50M ARR) through growth phases Direct experience managing and developing both SDR and AE teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding quota (100%+ attainment) Experience implementing sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger, etc.) and driving adoption Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Very effective in a remote work environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience at a Series A or Series B SaaS company during hypergrowth Background selling into the home services/ field services space Experience with both transactional ($10K-$50K ACV) and complex sales motions ($50K-$250K+ ACV) Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, AskElephant, ChiliPiper,etc) Benefits: 100% remote w/ no office mandate | Unlimited PTO | 22 official company holidays | Health care | Life insurance | Stock options | Amazing colleagues | Energetic culture that is positive and celebrates together | Inspiring mission & software product | Ability to grow your career by being early in a fast-growing tech startup
