REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • S/he hold a university degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Extensive experience (ideally 7+ years) in a goal-oriented B2B SaaS sales management.
  • S/he bring profound expertise in optimizing sales effectiveness in the SaaS business environment, with a focus on process automation, results-driven KPIs and the use of supporting software tools.
  • S/he bring profound experience in leading teams, as well as proven ability to coach and develop sales teams in all aspects of the sales process – from lead generation and pipeline development to closing deals.
  • S/he are a high performing sales manager and bring an excellent track record in scaling B2B SaaS business.
  • S/he are an analytical decision maker, numbers-driven, and focused on growth.
  • S/he have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and one or more further languages.
  • Expertise in Public Spend management is a plus.
  • Willing to travel

Responsibilities

  • Define process optimized commercial target-oriented account strategies for the realization of new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to create customer journey optimized commercial impact and streamlined processes.
  • In charge of ensuring achievement of goals and coach your team to succeed.
  • Your thinking is based on an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Responsible for the management of the Buy-Side sales business.
  • Support in the recruitment, build and development of an excellent team of Inside sales experts.
  • Recognize the individual potential of your team members and help them to fully develop it through target-oriented coaching.
