Cadent is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Sales Enablement to lead the development and execution of enablement programs that empower our revenue-generating teams — including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success — to ramp faster, perform better, and exceed business objectives.
This leader will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class enablement function that aligns go-to-market strategy with execution. The ideal candidate is an expert in adtech sales environments, passionate about sales productivity, and capable of designing and delivering high-impact programs that drive measurable results.

THE POSTED COMPENSATION RANGE REFLECTS A BASE SALARY THAT MAY VARY BASED ON A CANDIDATE’S EXPERIENCE AND LOCATION; THOSE WITH MORE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR RESIDING IN HIGHER-COST MARKETS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION AT THE UPPER END OF THE RANGE.

Pay Range: USD $190,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr
