JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to enter the brewery business and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our well-funded, larger startup. We own a building with over 24,000 sq. ft. of production space in the heart of St. Albert, and we’re looking to start our own brand.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with a proven track record in management and business development. This leadership role requires strategic vision, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with clients while ensuring top-notch customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B.
  • Knowledge of the craft brewing industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent business development acumen with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Solid analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
