This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in startup environments, loves rolling up their sleeves, and is eager to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Do Own the entire sales lifecycle- from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals. Build and execute the company’s go-to-market and sales strategy for enterprise and mid-market customers. Personally lead early-stage sales efforts while gradually building, hiring, and mentoring a world-class sales team. Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and metrics for future growth. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, etc.). Bring customer and market insights to help refine product strategy and competitive positioning. Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements. Requirements What You Bring 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or DevSecOps domains. A strong track record of closing enterprise deals and consistently exceeding targets. Proven experience in building and scaling a sales organization- from 0 to 1 (and beyond). Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, you love to sell, not just manage. Deep understanding of the security and application security landscape (ASPM experience is a strong plus). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
