YOUR MISSION: DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH AND MARKET LEADERSHIP

We’re looking for a VP Sales to build and scale a high-performing sales organization that will fuel voize’s revenue growth and establish us as the leader in AI-driven solutions for the care industry. You’ll own our Go-to-Market strategy, expand into new markets, optimize sales processes, and close enterprise deals. Your goal is to drive sales excellence and lead our growth from a high-growth startup to market leader.

YOUR SKILLSET – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven Experience: Successful track record in scaling B2B SaaS sales and driving significant ARR growth, especially with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Sales Leadership: Expertise in building and leading high-performing sales teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Strong experience in developing and executing outbound, inbound, and account-based sales strategies.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp and effectively communicate technical product features to both customers and internal teams.
  • International Expansion: Experience leading international sales efforts, particularly in the US market, is a strong plus.
  • Leadership: Empathetic, hands-on leader with excellent negotiation skills and a strategic, analytical approach.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (business fluent, C1 or higher).
  • Hybrid office life fits you well! This role will require you to be in the Berlin hub 2 days a week
  • Willingness to travel for events or enterprise customer meetings
