We’re seeking a hands-on, high-impact Sales Director or VP to lead our go-to-market in North America. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and engaging technical stakeholders, to managing PoCs and securing design wins (DWINs) with large enterprises, cloud providers, and AI-driven companies. What You'll Do Engaging with strategic prospects across cloud, enterprise, and data center segments Drive complex, technical sales cycles (PoCs, DWINs, deployments) Clearly communicating NeuReality’s differentiated value in a competitive AI infrastructure market Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering Represent the company at key industry events Requirements 10+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, 5+ in senior roles (Director/VP) Direct experience in selling AI Hardware (Chip to Appliance) Strong technical fluency in AI/ML workloads, inference, and deployment architectures Proven ability to engage and influence both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers Deep industry network: cloud providers, OEMs, hyperscalers, telcos, or enterprise IT Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving startup Bonus Points Background at companies like Cerebras, SambaNova, Tenstorrent, NVIDIA, D-Matrix, Marvell, Broadcom, HPE, Dell, Lenovo Experience in early-stage product launches and startup GTM Familiarity with RISC-V, chiplets, or edge AI systems
