What You Will Get To Do: Asset Management & Oversight Lead the administration and strategic management of real estate, oil & gas holdings, loans, notes and closely held businesses held in trust, including day-to-day management, valuation, leasing, maintenance, accounting activities to disposition. Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Oversee day-to-day management, valuation, maintenance, leasing, accounting to disposition strategies for all unique assets. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting. Leadership & Team Development Manage and mentor a diverse team of asset managers, analysts, operations and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Drive associate development through coaching, training, and career pathing. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. Client Engagement & Retention Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service. Partner with relationship managers to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and strategic insight. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks associated with unique asset holdings. Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external reviews. Maintain robust documentation and controls to safeguard client and company interests. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex operations. 10+ years of experience in real estate and/or oil & gas asset management, ideally within a trust or fiduciary environment. Strong understanding of trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and accounting principles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
