About the role.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Supply Chain – Europe to join our regional leadership team. Reporting directly to the Regional President, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of our end-to-end supply chain across Europe.
With a strong focus on logistics and network optimization, this leader will drive transformation, digitalization, and operational excellence, while building and inspiring a best-in-class supply chain organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the End-to-End Supply Chain

  • Define and deliver the supply chain strategy, ensuring growth, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Oversee all aspects of logistics, planning, customer service, and distribution.
  • Partner with the Regional President and commercial leaders to align operations with business and market needs.

Transform Logistics & Network Operations

  • Redesign and optimize logistics and distribution networks across a multi-country footprint.
  • Lead relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, ensuring cost efficiency and world-class customer service.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery models and supply chain execution.

Champion Transformation & Digitalization

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize processes.
  • Embed advanced analytics, automation, and scenario planning into decision-making.
  • Partner with global supply chain to harmonize practices with enterprise-wide goals.

Inspire & Develop People

  • Build and empower a high-performing, engaged supply chain team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Role-model McCain’s leadership principles while strengthening future leadership pipelines.

Deliver Financial & Risk Performance

  • Own the supply chain budget and deliver targeted savings.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Ensure disciplined, cost-effective decision-making in partnership with finance.
