JOB SUMMARY

The Vice President of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supply chain analytics, and logistics platforms.
• Proven track record of cost reduction, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and manage data and projects

• Prolonged Sitting – Computer analysts often sit for extended periods while working on systems and coding.
