  • You’ll drive revenue growth by achieving your regions base case revenue target within your first 12 months. Hitting the mid- or stretch-case will be recognized as exceptional performance.
  • You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction scores, strong retention, and repeat business.
  • Your expertise in project delivery will shine as you consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • As a leader, you’ll focus on talent development, improving retention and performance across the regional consulting team.
  • Finally, you’ll help grow the project pipeline and improve resource planning to minimize revenue backlog and ensure sustainable growth.
