Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be a senior member of the SLS loan distribution team and is expected to provide leadership to the transaction team in the execution of syndicated loans. The candidate will also provide guidance to junior team members.* Execute and distribute primary syndicated loan transactions.* Staying on top of key market trends within the Asia Pacific loan markets.* Providing thought leadership and market strategy for their respective coverage markets, dovetailing it with our market strengths and distribution network.* Developing and expanding our investor knowledge and network globally.* Deepening the role of the SLS Loan Distribution team as DBS’ market window into the Asia Pacific loan markets.* Working jointly with origination teams to develop winning bidding strategies, thru a combination of : * Strong market reads and liquidity analysis* Superior and unique syndication strategies to meet the prevailing deal requirements* Collection and sharing of market intelligence* Providing sharp inputs on deal structuring and pricing* Execute and distribute syndicated loan transactions: * Prepare, organize and manage the invitation to syndicate of lenders, including lenders selection, tiering, invitation letters and dispatching information.* To assist in the organization of roadshows, presentation materials, site visits.* Determine allocations and send out allocation letters.* To arrange and coordinate administrative matter relating to the deal execution including, signing, OPEs, KYC, etc.* To work with BUs and Loan investors to execute the buying and selling of loan assets on a secondary basis.Requirements* Degree holder in Finance, Banking or related discipline* Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in corporate banking and/or syndicated loans.* Prior sales experience.* Experience in Credit analysis and corporate banking.* Knowledge across a diverse class of credit products and spectrum will be helpful.* Excellent communication skills.* A team player.* Experience in and understanding of syndicated loans and the Asia Pacific Loan Markets will be a strong plus.* Regional experience.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements
