Job Description Required Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in application engineering / software development Strong experience with: Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools) Application architecture and integration Agile / SAFe environments Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) Nice to Have Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs Recruiter Notes (for sourcing) Target profiles: TargetProcess Engineers / Architects Agile tooling engineers (Jira Align, Rally, etc. as adjacent experience) Platform engineers supporting enterprise planning tools Must be comfortable in a hands-on + stakeholder-facing VP-level role Emphasis on configuration + integration, not just admin-level experience Candidates should be open to contract-to-hire conversion.
