FutureFeed is seeking a growth-stage technology leader to own and scale a portfolio of products focused on cybersecurity, compliance, and governance (GRC). This role will lead the development of Attain and Assess while building future products that simplify compliance across frameworks such as CMMC and NIST. The VP of Technology will embed AI across the platform to create a differentiated, intelligent product ecosystem. This position reports directly to the CEO and will sit on the Senior Leadership Team. While the position can be remote, proximity to the Baltimore area is ideal for senior leadership team meetings. What This Role Owns · Leadership for the entire development and engineering team · Leadership for the development of the entire FutureFeed product ecosystem (current and future) · AI integration across all products · Technological footprint of company What We’re Looking For · Builder mentality (not a maintainer) · Experience in cyber, compliance, or GRC environment · Growth-stage / agile company experience · Deep, applied AI/ML product experience · Ability to translate regulatory complexity into software Core Responsibilities · Own platform architecture and development · Drive agile, high-velocity development · Build and lead engineering team · Translate compliance into intuitive workflows · Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity · Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Sales, Product and senior leadership Experience & Profile · Proven experience building cyber/compliance platforms · AI-enabled product development experience · Cloud-native architecture expertise · Experience scaling teams in fast-growth environments · Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels What Success Looks Like · Unified compliance platform · AI reducing time and cost of compliance · Scalable product ecosystem · High-performing, fast-moving engineering and development team What This Role Is NOT · Not a maintenance role · Not a slow, bureaucratic environment · Not a pure manager role · Not theoretical AI · Not single-product focused · Not detached from the business · Not for risk-averse operators
