As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger – together Job Description The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG, Enablement & Control stakeholders Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions, using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time and generate the desired business impact Apply strong organisation skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges, deploying problem solving and analytical skills, content knowledge and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact. Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required) Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets Behavioural Skills Self-starter – the incumbent must be able to lead workshops and help formulate requirements, options and solutions with an ability to get things done through others; able to identify proactive, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the business Strong analytical, problem solving and execution mindset Customer Focus – understand customer perspective when developing requirements and ensuring fit for purpose customer friendly solution are designed Strong communication skills are required to draw out requirements and to challenge where appropriate and to establish bond with key stakeholders A high degree of self-assurance/initiative and business sense is required to perform responsibilities independently or collaboratively in a team environment as required Qualifications Must have Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in business related fields 10+ years experience in Banking Industry, preferably corporate and investment banking Must have experience in Strategy, Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Project Management skills required to drive a large scale transformation #LI-MM2
