Job Description The Marketing Analyst will be responsible in executing and delivering all client communications and marketing initiatives for specific products such as acquisition, usage, rewards and partnerships. Additionally, support the strategic initiatives to drive awareness of products to meet the business objective. Job responsibilities Understanding marketing campaigns’ objectives and define target audiences to plan and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns/initiatives including developing creative concepts, messaging and content for various platforms (websites, EDMs, paid media, social media, SMS, events) to obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business, compliance, channels team & etc) and external stakeholders (e.g.: creative agencies) to ensure execution quality and on time delivery while balancing customers’ needs and business objectives. Monitor, analyse, and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns to drive data-driven decision-making. This include identifying areas for improvement based on market trends, campaign performance and channel effectiveness via web analytics tools and customer journeys. Manage all aspects of marketing planning and marketing campaigns budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Assist in the development and implementation of A/B tests and other experimentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Support the creation of marketing strategies and plans by providing data-driven recommendations based on industry trends, competitor activities and consumer insights (audience targeting). Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and assist with reporting to visualize marketing data and provide actionable insights to marketing and business stakeholders. Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Act as the brand custodian to ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels including print, digital, branch and traditional communications. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage feedback loops. Solid knowledge in marketing principles, customer journey and marketing channels (traditional and digital) with ability to develop engaging content based on business objectives. Self-starter who is proactive with a passion for data-driven marketing and able to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment. Organised and meticulous attention to details with strong time management skills to spearhead marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas and tracking progress. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills to interpret data (e.g.: audience targeting) and translate it into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in MS Office (e.g.: Excel and Power Point, Co-Pilot). Familiarity with digital marketing (e.g.: digital KPIs, Google - SEO/SEM) and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics are added advantage.
