Job Description Job Summary** Lead and supervise a team of banking professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of banking services and achieving departmental goals within United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. Job Responsibilities** * Motivate, coach, and manage a team of individuals, fostering a high-performance culture. * Oversee daily operations and workflow, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level agreements. * Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. * Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring satisfactory resolution. * Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines. * Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members. * Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. * Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. * Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Malaysian banking sector.
