QUALIFICATIONS

• 45 DCF training hours and School Readiness training.
• MUST have CDA or equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
• Familiarity with child welfare practices and classroom management techniques.
• A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their love for learning.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the Florida standards and promote child welfare.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress, needs, and any concerns.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with diverse learning needs.
• Facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.
