QUALIFICATIONS

  • 45 DCF training hours and School Readiness training.
  • MUST have CDA or equivalent.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
  • Familiarity with child welfare practices and classroom management techniques.
