OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the holistic development of each child in your care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or daycare environments.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or other progressive educational philosophies is a plus.
  • Experience in behavior management techniques and understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is beneficial.
