Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering. 5+ years of experience in Powertrain (P/T) Calibration. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues across multiple programs effectively and efficiently. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of guiding teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a challenging environment. Effective coaching and mentoring skills. Master of Science (MS) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). 10+ years of Powertrain Engineering Experience.
