Our mission is to empower farmers with innovative tools that increase productivity, sustainability, and profitability. Our signature product, the LaserWeeder, uses advanced computer vision and laser technology to eliminate weeds without chemicals. As we expand our operations across Europe, we’re seeking motivated and experienced Truck Drivers and Equipment Operators to support field deployments, transportation, and on-site operation of our high-tech machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid European commercial driver’s license (Category C or CE, depending on region).
  • Clean driving record and knowledge of cross-border transport regulations.
  • Experience operating agricultural or industrial machinery.
  • Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and stay on-site for multi-day operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Right to work in the EU.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in modern farming operations, agtech, or precision agriculture.
  • Familiarity with GPS, sensors, and autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicles.
  • Technical training or certification in equipment operation or mechanics.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport robotic weeding equipment across European locations.
  • Load, unload, and secure robotic equipment and related gear during transportation.
  • Operate Carbon Robotics equipment (e.g., LaserWeeder) on customer farms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment in the field.
  • Communicate with engineering and support teams to report issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with site setup, calibration, and system checks prior to operation.
  • Maintain detailed records of operations, mileage, maintenance, and delivery reports.
