Budget     Other     SE & Micro / Neobiz RM`s tagged to the trade advisor 4 KEY RESULT AREAS   1. Achieve Sales Targets – achieve overall trade revenue maintaining pricing discipline on fees and margins.  2. Identity Opportunities – Scan the portfolio with the help of tech team to identify potential trade prospects and opportunities within the Bank’s target market that are best suited to Mashreq’s trade product capabilities and presence. 3. Develop Sales Strategy – work with Coverage colleagues Neobiz RM`s to focus on the trade opportunity within their portfolio. 4. To do daily targeted trade calls and understand the client need and advise them solutions accordingly. 5. To proactively drive trade business to increase trade penetration in the identified target segments. 6. To coach Neobiz relationship team to enhance Trade business generation opportunities and apply the same for untagged portfolio too.  7. To run complete E2E MIS to track the overall trade progression. 8. To maintain close contact and relationship with top 30 clients such that we remain one of their main banks, getting a major share of their wallet. 9. To support the Trade Sales Advisor manager to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions. 10. Increase monthly UTC (Unique Trade Clients) within the overall NEOBIZ portfolio 11. Intra-organization liaison ensuring Service Delivery to clients. 5Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships  * Close working relationship with Neobiz Relationship Managers. * Supports all channels and understand client trade requirements. * Seeks support from FTC/ FI / Compliance for any operational risk.         6 * PROBLEM SOLVING   * Achieving annual revenue targets. * Day to day focus on trade sales and its training, mentoring to meet trade sales needs and requirements. * Understand and analyze customer behavior / needs from market data and competition. * Guidance!
