Job Description

  • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with potential customers/ end-users/ influencers/ authorities/ industry associations.
  • Communicate new product and solution developments to prospective client, providing feedback to the sales organization and management.
  • Be the first contact to potential partners, planning and preparing presentations and coordinating further activities in the organization to achieve tighter relations with potential prospects.
  • Analyze opportunities in new verticals, markets and business models to increase sales, profitability and market share.
  • Responsible to represent the interests of ST.
  • Develop and implement ST sales strategy in the respective area to grow the business with new customers.
  • Coordinates the assigned activities and implements and maintains all project related support activities from other Bosch departments.
  • Responsible for creating prospects and end-user relations/ relationship management.
  • Overachieving the given sales targets with new customers in the area.
  • Market and competitor analysis for economic facts. Collecting and updating information continuously.
  • Coordination between Sales team and new business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree on commercial economics (marketing/sales or business administration).
  • Working experience in sales and marketing environment
  • Experience in sales, preferably in security and /or communication industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment
  • Language skills. Beside national language, at least good communication skills in English
  • Understanding about their market and competitors’ products
  • Understanding of project business and sales plan/ account plan
  • Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering
  • Ability to think PDCA cycle
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally and good business sense with persuasiveness.
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Additional assets: clear priority setting, ability to handle conflicts
  • Professional appearance
  • Fit to the sales team/ NSO team
  • Builder of strong long term relationship and networks
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
