QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of experience in video conferencing or IT support roles * Proficiency with VTC platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Polycom, Lifesize, or similar * Familiarity with network infrastructure (LAN, firewalls, bandwidth considerations) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly during live events Want to learn more about Government Services? A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $160,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. As a VTC Administrator you will be responsible for configuring, scheduling, maintaining, and troubleshooting video conferencing systems to ensure reliable and secure communications across the organization. Managing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Polycom, etc. * Set up, configure, and maintain VTC systems including hardware (cameras, microphones, displays) and software platforms (Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.) * Provide technical support for live meetings and virtual events, ensuring seamless audio and video quality. * Schedule, monitor, and coordinate VTC sessions across departments and with external partners. * Troubleshoot technical issues during meetings, often in real-time. * Maintain documentation for all VTC systems, configurations, and procedures. * Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or improvements as needed. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies, including encryption and access controls. * Train staff on proper usage of video conferencing tools and equipment. * Collaborate with IT/networking teams to optimize bandwidth and connection quality. * Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging VTC technologies.
