REQUIRED SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-media technologies service industry.
• BA or BS preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to coordinate multiple complex activities
• High levels of interpersonal skills geared towards communication (verbal and written) with all levels within
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well within tight deadlines
• Shared commitment to see AV services adopted and grow within
• Basic IT and networking knowledge
  Responsibilities: This position reports directly to the AV Team Leader of GDA/KI. Daily operations, projects, and tasks are driven by IT staff and management.

• Setup and support webcasting on-site, virtual, and remote.
• Setup and support Microsoft Teams Room video conferencing technology
• Support AV projects and attend project and weekly AV team meetings.
• Adhere to all safety and security requirements for contractor personnel working onsite
• Escalate housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV and conferencing technology and applications to appropriate department
• Maintain understanding of current and new audio-visual technology
• Experience with the operations of integrated control systems manufactured by Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
• Working Experience with major audio/visual components such as sound board operation operations.

Broadcast Products Include:

• Yamaha Audio Mixer: QL and DM Series Blackmagic Design Video Switcher Atem Constellation Series Telestream Wirecast Elgato Streamdeck with Bitfocus Companion -Bitfocus Companion programming to automate of connected systems.
• Ownership of individual projects when needed
• May require travel between sites in New Jersey and Westchester County, NY.
• May require up to 10% U.S. domestic travel to sites located outside of New Jersey

Salary Range: $30- to $40/hr on w2
