The role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Exposure Management function, where you will be using market-leading vulnerability and attack surface management tools to help reduce our client’s security exposure. You will act as the primary point-of-contact for clients, ensuring they receive excellent service, as well as driving internal improvements to our existing services.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine scanning in line with client requirements.
Assess and triage vulnerabilities and exposures against an internal risk matrix, threat intelligence sources, and client need.
Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of exposure management environments.
Perform GAP analyses of existing client environments and implement identified changes.
Monitor and track remediation policies and changes to client environments.
Raise and track remediation tickets to identified vulnerabilities and exposures.
Produce reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to exposure management’s continuous improvement plan.
Experience
Existing experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nessus, etc.).
Experience with attack surface management tools (Bitsight, CyCognito, etc.) and processes is desirable but not necessary.
Knowledge & Skills
Good knowledge of fundamental vulnerability management and cybersecurity concepts.
Clear and concise written and verbal communicator.
Ability to summarise technical concepts and findings for different audiences.
Good service mindset and understanding of client needs.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across both internal and external stakeholders.
