Description
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and coordinate with vendors when required. Perform health checks, patching, version upgrades, and plugin updates for vulnerability management tools. Maintain documentation for tool configurations, procedures, and change management. Plan and execute tool migrations, infrastructure refresh, or platform upgrades. Ensure alignment with enterprise LCM policies and security requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of identified vulnerabilities. Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (CIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.). Develop best practices, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
