Valbin Corporation is currently recruiting part-time Supervisors to manage Civilian on Battlefield (COB) role players for an upcoming opportunity in Hohenfels, Germany. A Supervisor will attend exercise briefings and oversee COB scenarios, actions, and movement during the training exercises. Requirements: Live in Germany Pass a basic fitness test prior to employment Must be able to walk considerable distances (20+ km), carry baggage in arms and on shoulders, and be exposed to simulated fire ranges Must be able to work from a field environment, both inside and outside and in all weather conditions Must be able to work a possible 8+ hour shift Must demonstrate language proficiency in English and German with an equivalent ILR (Interagency Language Roundtable) score of 3 or 4 General Duties: Oversee and manage the movement and scheduling for hundreds of COBs Comply with all aspects of personnel, physical and force protection security requirements Fulfill the role as facilitator for administrative matters between COB and supported US Forces at the training exercises Language Set Needed: English (ILR Level III or IV) AND German (ILR Level III or IV) Visit our website to learn more: ValbinJMRC.com
