Aussie Gems is a vibrant and growing gymnastics club located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We offer a wide range of programs including WAG, MAG, Tumble, Cheer, Dance, and Recreational Gymnastics, from preschoolers to senior competitive levels.
We’re currently seeking a passionate and qualified WAG Coach to join our dynamic coaching team. This role focuses on coaching competitive squads (Levels 3–8) and contributing to our positive, athlete-centred environment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Gymnastics Australia Advanced Silver or FIG 2 WAG qualification (or working towards)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Right to work in Australia
• Accredited member of Gymnastics Australia

• Coaching and assisting competitive WAG squads (Level 3–8)
• Preparing gymnasts for invitational, state, and interstate competitions
• Collaborating with a strong team of experienced coaches
• Supporting athlete progression and development
• Maintaining safety standards and up-to-date coaching practices
