Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital transformation of retail in Brisbane’s Pubs, Clubs, and TAB Agencies by driving digital and product innovation
  • Drive the TAB Product within venue promotions and targeted sales programs
  • Work with venues to grow the TAB App and other products by training staff and utilising marketing tools. Keep venues running smoothly to ensure retail operational excellence
  • Effectively manage venue partners through a regular call cycle and ongoing communications
  • Present performance insights, focusing on digital acquisition, active customers and turnover
