JOB SUMMARY

  • Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Culinary experience or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions.
  • Support banquet operations by setting up dining areas, bussing tables, and assisting with event coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest services and address any concerns promptly.
